Kick Boxing Equipment Recommended List
Here's what you need to properly train in becoming a kick boxing warrior. You need: A 6ft or longer heavy bag made of leather or vinyl. A Makiwara bag (to build rock hard knuckles). Free weights (to build muscle, power, strength and conditioning). A weighted glove, hand weights and ankle weights (to train your endurance in punching and kicking. Jumpropes. A good set of sparring gear. And finally a good partner.

Here's my List Again:

1. 6ft Heavy Punching Bag (made of vinyl or leather) but actually, it doesn't really matter what it's made of.

2. Makiwara Bag (Fill it with dried rice, beans or sand). Punch it everyday and see your knuckles become rock hard.

3. Free Weights. Get a good weight bench, free weights and get to it!

4. Ankle and Wrist Weights. Punch and kick with weights on and you'll get stronger, faster and build endurance.

5. Jumpropes

6. Sparring Pads, head guards, boxing gloves and knee pads. You don't want to get injured while you're training. In the ring, let it all out, but save yourself during training.

7. A good partner. Find someone to work out with. Motivate each other. Spar with each other, and make each other better.
