Kick Boxing Supply Do's and Don'ts!
Like I said before, having the right equipment is the least of your worries. I've seen many fighters with loads of expensive equipment but they were sitting on their ass watching "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire". Looked like their butt was getting a good exercise not the rest of their body.
Training Regimen:
You must be dedicated. Dedicate yourself to 2 hours of taining everyday!! EVERYDAY! Is that too much to ask? Kick Boxers need time to heal their bodies, but you must spend at least 2 hours a day thinking about, eating, breathing and living Kick Boxing. I like to train at night, although most experts will tell you that it's best to train in the morning. Hell with that, I like to stay up late at night, and I'm a night person, so I like to train deep into the night and then hit the sack exhausted.
My training routine for Kick Boxing, as the ultimate kick boxer in my city, I do the following everyday:
* 200 Push ups.
* 500 Sit ups
* 200 Side Kicks (Each Leg)
* 200 Front Kicks (Each Leg)
* Punch and Kick the Bag for an hour
* Shadow Box for 30 Minutes non-stop.
* Every other day, I like to weight train and strengthen my muscles.
